Fitness Journey: Sharing Progress and Success

Post: # 245Post Choccodee39 »

My fitness journey has been great My mobility in walking has progressed tremendously due to reputation of leg and knee exercises. I have been very successful in working through the high level of arthritis pain. My shoulder pain due to inflammation of my rotator cup, I also have progressed in the reps of rotating my shoulder, extending it up and down and reaching as well. I have also been successful with raising the amount of reps even through the excruciating pain. What has your fitness journey been like, the progress and successfulness?

I began a journey of getting my knees back to being mobile from being down for a while I was on a cane for a long period of time. Now I use my cane less unless I have a flare up and inflammation sets in. I have come a long way. I fix meals for myself which requires me standing for a certain period of time. I'm proud of my becoming fit again journey.
