What are your favorite family traditions?

My favorite family traditions are family reunions when family from everywhere come back to where it all started. We put on different events, we recognize those who have gone on to rest. We recognize the eldest that is still with us and the youngest of the family. We entertain with talent show from each individual family. Eat and eat and drink until we can't anymore. The last day of the reunion we attend the family church and invite friends. Then we eat and fellowship before saying our good seeing you, glad you made it, hate y'all have to go, tears building up and you fighting not to cry either because you leaving or they're leaving. They joy of family all in one place just a bunch of love jam up. That's one of my favorite family traditions I love. The other is Sunday dinners that are randomly planned and everyone is told what their family will bring. This is a small version of the big family reunion except this is my Daddy's side of the family getting together having Sunday dinner making memories. What are your favorite family traditions?

One of my all-time favorite traditions is our Christmas Eve dinner, where we get to share some stories, laughter, and a delicious meal followed by making homemade cookies together. It's a very wonderful experience.

Christmas, because it's my mom's favorite holiday. I always make sure to visit my parents or invite them over for Christmas.

Favorite family traditions for me Soul food Sunday dinners at grandmas house. Every one brings their designated side food dishes they specialize in. Barbequing, frying fish and chicken. The cards and Domino playing. Kid activities and just all out Sunday funday with family.
