Mindfulness practices
There are many mindful things a plus-size women can practice, stay active no matter your size, and just keep moving in the skin you're in. Love you're self, always hold your head high. Do not let people intimidate you into not get out and enjoying yourself. Speak up for yourself, demand respect and don't settle for less, always require the best. Maintain a healthy life style and still love the skin you're in. These mindful practices are what I try to remain mindful of. I love your empowering message. Indeed, mindfulness is about self-love and self-acceptance. As a plus-sized woman, it is vital that one's intention is health and well-being rather than conforming to standard quality of societal beauty. Being active and speaking for oneself and demanding respect automatically translates into forming a healthy and fulfilling life.
