Mindful Walking: Connecting with Nature.

Post: # 224Post Choccodee39 »

Mindful walking out in the great mother nature helps you connect with the creative outdoors. You can release so much stress just letting your mind drift in the awesomeness of Gods creation. Brisks walking can help with cardiovascular health and muscle movement for good mobility. Your senses become active to smell, sound, touch of the wind blowing a breeze through your hair, against your face and skin in general. You begin to take in your environment which you are experiencing. Shapes of all sorts as well as colorfullness scream out especially in the spring time. Mindful walking out in nature can be good therapy for the mind body and soul. What's your take on Mindful walking and connecting with nature?

Connecting with nature has so many benefits, like taking a walk through the park. Listening to Gods creatures and looking at his handy work in the sky. Walking and enjoying all of his creations in nature. Mindfully walking and enjoying the wind, the sun and sometimes the morning dew. Walking just because I have freedom to do so and grateful for my limbs to be able to do so. Never taking life for granted.

I love going for walks especially at a local park. It's fun walking around the trails that are surrounded by large trees on each side. It's also cool to see the old bunkers on the property as well. Heck I enjoy going for walks when it's overcast and sprinkling as well.
