If I start getting anxious I like to listen to calming music. It's usually video game music I'll listen to or synth based music. Sometimes I'll play a familiar game but not too often.

I love journaling and expressive writing. They have really helped me to cope with mental challenges and process my emotions. And anytime I want to clear my mind, those are the two things I do.
