It's getting warm out and lots of people like to have garage sales during this time of year. Today my neighborhood is having their annual neighborhood garage sale going on! It's always fun seeing what people have for sale. It's better than using Facebook Market Place IMO since you can buy it immediately and the seller also doesn't have to wait for someone to find the listing.

Garage sales are quite good because it's a great way to declutter your home and you can also find great deals on gently used items there too.
