What's your favorite Self-care activity and why is it important to you?
Taking soaking bubble baths and going to get my nails and pedicure done. It's important to me because it allows me to have me time. It helps me relax and release stress from the week. What's your favorite Self-care activity and what makes it important to you?

I like to read and listen to soothing music. For me, unwinding and recharging are very important and it involves taking time for myself to feel refreshed and re-focused. Self-care is everything to me..

Playing video games and listening to music are my favorite self care activities. After I have a rough day at work the first thing I do other than eat is play a video game that makes me happy.

I love playing video games and I found it to be very therapeutic especially when I'm playing my favorite game. I also find reading very interesting if it's a good book.

Reading can be very enjoyable and nature walks are also good to clear someone's head. That is what I do lately but video games work much better for me.

I love gaming, reading and I also like to engage in exercise. Those are the things that bring me joy and it helps me relax. Above all,.I could use them to manage stress which is very important to me.
