Body Shaming: How to Deal with Negative Comments?

It is bad enough to deal with being body shamed, but on top of that you having to deal with negative comment's that can mess with ones mental. I deal with negative comments concerning body shaming by changing the negative to a positive. I keep focus on self-love, loving myself. I change your comment to the opposite of what you say or might feel about how you see me. You say FAT! I say yes PHAT! pretty hot and tempting!! That's my little talk to myself. I don't allow my eating to become a negative, to where it's my enemy. I eat to live therefore food is my friend contrary to what you may think or say. My best of coping with negative comments is I keep positive influencers and supporters that encourages me to keep an open mind, that I can't expect to be everyone's preference or body type. Therefore I love me and the skin I'm in period. How do you deal with the negative comments of body shaming?
