Morning Stretching Routine for Increased Flexibility

My morning stretching routine I use for increased flexibility consist of arm stretches of range and motion. Toe touches and knee ups and down. Kneck rolling range and motion, along with shoulder raises up and down. Tip toe raises up and down. What are you morning routine stretches for increased flexibility?

I love your stretching routine in the mornings. Additional hip circles, calf raises, and side bends can make sure all the kinks are worked out. With every stretch I make, it is important for me to hold a good few breaths to really feel the flexibility kicking in..

My morning stretching routine for increased flexibility. Once I stand to my feet I do upward arm stretches to the ceiling and side to side bends. I do leg raises and then proceeded to bathroom for morning fresh routine.
