My mindful breathing for reducing stress and anxiety consist of me sitting in a quiet place, away from others talking and moving about. There's times I keep in quiet and just began to meditate and while breathing in through the nose and slowly release from my mouth. I do that and as I begin to relax, I invision me by the shore listening to the waves come in and splash then back out. I also use calming music with rain or the seashore and seagulls talking. This makes for me great breathing, relaxing stress and anxiety free me! What mindful breathing do you use to reduce stress and anxiety?

I breathe way down into my diaphragm, where I'm able to focus on each, slow, deep breath. I sometimes place a quiet sounds of nature in the background which is a seamless way to be groggy between sleep and consciousness.

Sometimes we all get a little annoyed, stressed when under a lot of pressure. During the beginning of the month when the bills are due, deadlines are coming up for assignments on the job. The children are needing you left and right and now your whole life is spinning like a tornado. I take time to myself and just breathe in and breathe out concentrating on I have no control over things I can't change nor is it my battle once I give it to the one who controls it all. Me time to release and let go. Breathe in exhale the stress. Breathe in and exhale the anxiety. Life time of mindful breathing with keep the pressure down.
