My favorite type cuisine and restaurant are Pounded Yam and Egusi Soup of West Africa, my restaurant of choice is in Lagos Nigeria call ILEIYAN known for the best Pounded yam and Egusi soup. What's your favorite type cuisine and restaurant?

Wow, that's great! Pounded yam and egusi soup are very delicious. I also enjoy trying different cuisines most especially I love the traditional ones from west Africa just like you. I love the combination of the flavors of egusi soup with smoked fish. It is quite amazing!

Chicken Alfredo and cachupa are my favorite dishes.

I like Chicken Alfredo too! I prefer to get it from Fazoli's over Olive Garden, homemade is good too.
