Does anyone here use GIMP to make graphics on their computer? GIMP is a free alternative that is similar to Photoshop. It was originally called The GIMP, and came out in 1995. I use it to make graphics for my websites and thumbnails for my videos.

Haven't used it since High School, is the program still rather bulky in how it loads up? I've used other alts like Kirta for my needs.

It's definitely still bulky. 2.0 took a bit longer to load than 3.0 on Windows but the program always seemed to load pretty quickly on Linux. I've never heard of Kirta before, I'll have to check it out!
