Mindfulness practices

There are many mindful things a plus-size women can practice, stay active no matter your size, and just keep moving in the skin you're in. Love you're self, always hold your head high. Do not let people intimidate you into not get out and enjoying yourself. Speak up for yourself, demand respect and don't settle for less, always require the best. Maintain a healthy life style and still love the skin you're in. These mindful practices are what I try to remain mindful of.
