When I visit my home town my mood changed for the better. Your mental becomes tweeked, depression and anxiety lessons, anger and confusion as well as fatigue. What's your take on what benefits forest bathing has on mental health?

Forest bathing gives such a wild feeling. It radios tranquility to the mind, soothes stress and anxiety, and also appears to provide relief from certain depressive symptoms. Of course, only the wonder of nature can cherish our minds and souls as the best therapist!

My my my! The benefits of forest bathing on mental health is phenomenal. Trees reduce blood pressure and stress it gives you a sense of freedom a sense of being in a flow of nature. The forest opens up your senses your the smell, to sounds and different things of that nature. You you find a sense of freedom when you're in the forest and just bathing and and letting go of all your feelings and allowing the water to flow as it cleanse you thoroughly. Being in the forest tends to take you away from all the things that you were worried about it takes you back to where you started from and say I can do this there's nothing too hard for me. It gives you a sense of stability of knowing that everything has a flow everything has its destination its point and that you are able and more capable than the trees to get to that point. Your mentality begins to come to grips that there's nothing that you can control but that if you just let it flow just like the trees allow the wind to blow just allow the storms to come and know that this too shall pass the trees and the sight of nature allows your mental to be calmed and to understand that you just like a tree planted by the water and that you have no control that you can only just live and live to see the next day and be yourself mentally, physically and be the best that you can be.
