What habits do you practice to keep your relationship strong and healthy?

Post: # 1143Post Choccodee39 »

Habits I try to practice to keep my relationship strong and healthy are making sure I keep consistent clear open communication. I like talking about how I feel and I like fir my partner to express his feelings always too. Never go to bed without open communication about the good and the bad, fix what is wrong and sleep well. I also like for us to have compassion for each other. Respect each other and allow boundaries to not smother or leave to feel alone. Show affection to your partner. Make sure each other's mental wellness is ok. Make time for quality time no phones laptops work etc.. Just allow quality one on one time no interruptions even if you have to go on a stay away trip together. Romantic getaway. What habits do you practice to keep your relationship strong and healthy?

I practice openness to keep my relationships going open communication is always the best policy. I also try to always let my partner know how much I love and care for them
I let my partner know I like the way that he does this and that, just to give accolades for everything that I'm pleased with in the relationship. I also try to remain a consistent in my relationship whatever I do I try to make sure that I continue to do that especially if it pleases my partner.

My wife and I communicate well with each other. If one of us are having a bad day or aren't feeling well, we talk and help each other out.
