Benefits of Double Cleansing: Do you Do it?

Double cleansing has many benefits. I double cleanse to keep my aging from progressing faster due to toxins in the air pollutants from our poor environments. I usually do this double cleanse at night. Double cleansing help keep blemishes away, acne, black and white heads at bay. Through out the day oil, impurities, dirt and sweat has accumulated on the skins surface leaving room for pimples. Yes yes I do it! How about you, do you do it?
