Keeping your immunity healthy makes it to become stronger by eating a clean diet of fresh fruits and vegetables, making sure to rest well, exercise routine, staying stress free as possible, good hygiene practice especially washing of the hands often and adding supplements like vitamins and minerals and natural plant foods like ginger, turmeric and berries to help as well. What are some healthy habits you incorporate to keep the immune system stronger?

You have hit the right approach. Immunity boosting is about everything in all circles. My routine resolves largely around probiotics and omega trey oils. Of course, staying hydrated is good and having sound sleep are equally important too.

My healthy habits for having a healthy stronger immune system is making sure that I eat my vitamins daily and I say eat. I make sure that I get my vegetables in,as well as all of my fruits and just maintain a healthy eating habit. Supplements is one way that I get those necessary vitamins and herbs and different things into my system. I try to do all fresh fruit all fresh vegetables things that are organic nothing that has been chemically treated or anything that has grown in nature.
