Exfoliating the skin is so essential to me. I exfoliate at least 2 to 3 times in a week. Depending on how grainy your exfoliant is, you don't want to cause damage to your skin that could bring on itcy dry rough irritated skin. The key is to exfoliate dead skin cells. Leaving smooth glowing skin. How often do you exfoliate your skin?

I could go with once a week due to the fact I work from home. It depends on my activities throughout the week, like going outside the house regularly. The I would at least two times a week.
