Being a Big Girl, who workout can seem as if working out is just put it into gear and get it done. Personally I love to stay fit whether it's in the gym or brisk walks in my neighborhood. That for me means, looking and feeling suitable and also comfortable in my workout gear. On hot summer days I prefer tanks and shorts that breathe keeping me cool. When working out as a plus-size women I also prefer fitted leggings that keep your muscles and loose skin tight and not jiggling. I usually buy my gear from sporting goods shops that carry all sizes, preferably sizes that are big girl friendly. What do you all wear to workout and what stores do you recommend for plus-size women?
