Mental wellness
As a plus-size women I try to keep my mental wellness in tact. Sometimes when you're looked at as that big woman over there or even the stares you receive in public places can mess with your mental space in your head. To keep myself in a good place I surround myself around people who are positive. My crowd supports and encourage me to be me, to keep my head held high. Therefore my mental stays in a good place, no regrets or depressed state of mind about others an how they receive me and the skin I'm in. What keep you in a good place with your mental wellness? What are things you do in your daily living to maintain mental wellness?

It is great to be surrounded by good-hearted people to maintain one's mental wellness. It's the little things that can quite tremendously influence our thinking and boost our confidence.

As a plus-size women and dealing with that your body is unique and everyone doesn't except it. You have to be on top of keeping you mental intact speak into yourself, that the problem is not me it's society and how they see me. Self-care and self-love it start with me caring about my stability in a society that says I am not a normal and entitled to be treated like everyone, a whole human being. Stay on top of your A game period.
